As an Administrative Operations Manager, Vick strengthened her leadership abilities while refining her understanding of accountability and responsibility. Her diverse experience allowed her to explore various aspects of property management, equipping her with proficiency in leasing negotiations, new business development, and maintenance coordination. Working in a small team gave her the opportunity to take on multiple responsibilities, expanding her expertise through hands-on learning.

Vick’s adaptability and willingness to learn set her apart. She quickly absorbs new concepts, identifies positive habits, and embraces constructive feedback as a tool for growth. Beyond work, Vick enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures. Though she considers herself a homebody, she recently visited four tourist spots in the Philippines and hopes to explore other countries in the future. While hiking sounds appealing, most of her adventures take place in her imagination. She also has a deep love for music, despite never having memorised a single song.
