She brings more than five years of experience in building and property management, including hands‑on work with Meriton. During this time, she managed large residential buildings and strengthened her skills in inspections, compliance, contractor coordination, and client service. Because of this background, she understands properties beyond what appears in documentation. She can spot issues early and share clear, practical insights that support both clients and the wider team.

Swapnika holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate and takes a detail‑driven, reliable approach to her work. She communicates clearly with tenants, coordinates maintenance quickly, and keeps inspection processes running smoothly.
