Michael Everingham is a seasoned property professional with more than two decades of experience. Since the early 2000s, he has worked as a registered valuer and built a reputation for accuracy and integrity. He is a Certified Practising Valuer in Queensland, a licensed real estate professional, and a respected member of the Australian Property Institute.
Michael joined Performance Property in January 2022. At first, he worked as a buyers agent, focusing on Regional Queensland and the Gold Coast. Soon after, he became a key contributor to the commercial division. His career has always centred on commercial property valuations. Before joining Performance Property, he served as Regional Director (Gold Coast) with the Acumentis Group.
Today, as National Manager, Commercial Investments, Michael leads the Commercial division across Australia. He guides the Commercial Buying and Asset Management teams and provides clients with tailored investment strategies. His role also includes market value assessments and a wide range of advisory services. As a result, clients benefit from his deep knowledge and practical insights.
Michael is also a member of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) and the Australian Property Institute (AAPI). His Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status highlights his commitment to professional standards.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys time at the beach, motorbike riding, and golf. He lives by the Performance Culture Statement “ALWAYS DO WHAT WE SAY WE DO.” This principle reflects his belief in integrity, accountability, and respect. It also builds the trust and confidence that underpin lasting client relationships.
