National Manager, Commercial Investment Michael Everingham leads the Commercial division at Performance Property, guiding the Commercial Buying and Asset Management teams across Australia. With more than two decades of experience, he provides clients with tailored investment strategies, market value assessments, and a wide range of advisory services. His leadership ensures clients benefit from deep knowledge and practical insights into commercial property markets.
Before stepping into his national leadership role, Michael worked as a Strategic Property Advisor at Performance Property, focusing on acquisitions and valuations in Regional Queensland and the Gold Coast. His earlier career included serving as Regional Director (Gold Coast) with the Acumentis Group, where he built a reputation for accuracy, integrity, and client‑focused advisory services.
Michael is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) in Queensland, a licensed real estate professional, and a respected member of the Australian Property Institute (API). He is also a member of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA), reflecting his commitment to professional standards and accountability.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys time at the beach, motorbike riding, and golf.
