He began his career as a financial analyst, where he built strong financial modelling skills and a deep understanding of investment fundamentals. After moving into the property industry, David worked in the finance team of an investment advisory firm before becoming a Buyers’ Agent in 2022. Since then, he has completed more than 60 transactions and helped clients secure investments with confidence.
David’s expertise includes client communication, financial modelling, and identifying opportunities that deliver long‑term growth. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, a Diploma of Property (Agency Management), and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Known for his analytical skills and attention to detail, David brings a strong passion for property as an asset class. He ensures every client feels supported and informed throughout the buying process.
