He has more than 25 years of experience guiding high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and financial professionals across Australia. As Co‑Founder, he has played a pivotal role in shaping investment solutions that deliver long‑term financial success.
David holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property. He is also a Certified Practicing Property Valuer (CPV), a Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA), and a licensed real estate agent in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and Queensland.
Since 2009, David has advised medical professionals, business owners, and executives. He helps them build and manage large property portfolios with structured strategies. In addition, he has facilitated more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. As a result, clients benefit from his market insights and data‑driven investment solutions.
David is a longstanding member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Real Estate Institute. He also served on the board of Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA). Through these roles, he has promoted transparency, integrity, and ethical standards in property investment.
