Chamoun Malki is the Head of Commercial at Performance Property. As Head of Commercial, he leads the delivery of commercial property services, ensuring clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience. His role also focuses on mentoring the commercial team and driving the continued growth of Performance Property’s commercial offering.
With more than 25 years of experience across the property industry, Chamoun has held leadership and operational roles spanning valuation, tenant representation, development, and asset and investment portfolio management. His experience covers office, industrial, and retail property markets, providing him with a broad understanding of commercial property strategy and performance.
Chamoun specialises in complex lease negotiations, asset management, and transaction management. Throughout his career, he has been involved in lease negotiations covering more than 900,000 square metres across a diverse range of properties and industries. He has also overseen investment and asset management portfolios valued at more than $2.5 billion and supported acquisition and divestment transactions exceeding $1.6 billion.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Investment and Management) with Distinction and a Graduate Diploma in Property (Valuations) from RMIT University. He is also a Certified Practising Valuer, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, and a Licensed Estate Agent.
Chamoun brings extensive experience across major office, logistics, and retail assets, combined with a strong focus on customer service and a genuine passion for property and people. His ability to balance commercial outcomes with client relationships helps create long-term value for both clients and the business.
He is motivated by Performance Property’s purpose and the opportunity to help optimise outcomes for clients. Building trusted relationships and delivering meaningful results remain central to his approach.
