Having worked as a Property Manager for three years and a Leasing Agent for two years, she developed a strong understanding of the full property management process. This experience allows her to support clients with confidence while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
She specialises in organisation, coordination, and managing all aspects of property management. From onboarding new properties to planning maintenance activities and coordinating inspections, Carlee focuses on creating smooth and efficient processes. She also enjoys matching the right tenant with the right property and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
As a Registered Property Manager, Carlee combines industry knowledge with a highly organised approach to her work. She prides herself on building strong relationships with clients and believes every owner and tenant deserves reliable, high-quality service. Her preference for proactive communication helps ensure clients remain informed and supported throughout the management process.
