Advice Director Tomas Turkayoglu is a senior leader in property investment. He specialises in national investment strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio growth. At Performance Property, he provides expert guidance to clients, helping them build high‑performing portfolios through strategic acquisitions. Over his tenure, Tomas has led more than 600 acquisitions across Australia, totalling over $500 million. He applies the same disciplined principles he uses in his own investments.
In addition to advising clients, Tomas serves as Secretary of the Investment Committee. In this role, he ensures investment decisions follow market trends and long‑term objectives. He also trains Buyers Agents, equipping them with the skills to manage complex transactions and deliver exceptional service. His knowledge of the national property market, combined with expertise in residential and commercial investments, positions him as a trusted strategist.
Tomas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Property & Valuations. He is a Certified Estate Agent in Victoria and Queensland and a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA) through Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA). He is also a member of the Australian Property Institute (API). His communication and negotiation skills, paired with a philosophy of listening first and speaking last, enable him to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
