Senior Property Manager

The Role

A rare and rewarding opportunity to take your Property Management career to the next level!

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Property Manager to spearhead, oversee and assist with growing our Brisbane portfolio.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work independently, establish processes, drive growth and manage all aspects of the portfolio with support from our Melbourne head office and admin team.

As the portfolio expands (currently at 40 properties), so will the department, offering you the chance to advance to Department Manager, build out a team and delegate the day-to-day tasks.

The Duties

The role will include, but is not limited to;

  • Immediate start managing the small portfolio.
  • End-to-end property management (including leasing and daily property management tasks).
  • Maintenance management (using Tapi).
  • Establish procedures for efficiency and future growth.
  • Handle internal new business leads.
  • Onboard new clients and properties.
  • Handle management transfers.
  • Inspections (OFIs, Entry/Exit, Routines – option to outsource)
  • Leasing, application processing and new tenancy tasks
  • All Tenant/Owner communication
  • Tribunal preparation & attendance
The Ideal Candidate
  • A valid Real Estate Licence / Certificate of Registration (QLD).
  • A valid driver’s licence and own a reliable car.
  • At least 3 years experience.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great work ethic, self-motivated and kind.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • A passion for exceeding expectations in customer service.
  • A willingness to get the job done and a “will-do” attitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM systems, PropertyMe and IRE knowledge (preferred)
