Terms and Conditions for the Performance Property Referral Program and Rewards Points
About the Referral Program
Performance Property’s referral program allows clients and business partners to refer Family, friends, and colleagues and earn rewards points which can be applied to future property services.
Points are allocated at the three stages below:
- New Referral: When a new prospective client is first referred (all referrals must be made through the Performance Property Portal)
- Qualified: When we successfully contact the prospective client and qualify them to ensure they are a good fit for our services as defined in our Target Market Determination.
- Signed Up: When the new prospective clients signs up for a service.
The table below displays the points available for each type of referral. If a client is referred for more than one service, then the service with the highest points allocation will be applied.

Redemption
1 point = $1 discounted off an eligible service.
To redeem points, please email your request to portalsupport@performanceproperty.com.au. Our support team will liaise with you, our accounts department, and our service delivery team to ensure your points are allocated to the eligible service.

Terms
- All referrals must be made in the Performance Property Portal
- Performance Property reserves the right to adjust or deduct points to correct mistakes, for example, if referrals are assigned the incorrect category.
- Performance Property reserves the right to add or remove services that attract points.
- Performance Property reserves the right to change the points table above and alter points allocated for each referral type. Any changes will not affect points already earned and will only apply to future referrals.
- Performance Property reserves the right to not award points for referrals we reasonably believe to be disingenuous.
- If a prospective client does not meet our minimum criteria as defined in our Target Market Determination, then we will move the client to not proceeding and only the New Referral points will be allocated for this referral.
- Points will be awarded on a single occasion for one service transaction for a referred client. Additional points will not be awarded for subsequent referrals or transactions for a referred client.
- Points are not transferable.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or off any service not listed under Eligible Services.

We have a complete understanding of all legislative changes and will assist our Rental Providers in fulfilling the essential compliance requirements.
