Marketing & Business Development Consultant

The Role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing & Business Development Consultant to join our team, working directly with our Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to execute our growth strategy.

In this pivotal role, you will assist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, manage and attend client events, communicate with our clients and prospects through social and online channels, craft proposals, pre-qualify leads, track performance metrics and support the client onboarding processes.

This role will be based from our Melbourne Head Office on Collins Street and offers flexibility to work partially from home.

The Duties
  • Design, plan and deliver marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
  • Develop automated marketing campaigns and manage CRM and marketing systems and integrations.
  • Assist with the rollout of a new marketing and sales CRM.
  • Craft tailored proposals and client slide-deck presentations.
  • Plan, manage and attend client events; implement and oversee a follow-up strategy.
  • Support the rollout of the “Property for Doctors” campaign.
  • Pre-qualify leads and manage follow-up communications.
  • Manage the client pipeline, ensuring timely responses and scheduling regular touchpoints.
  • Handle client inquiries and contribute to a seamless onboarding process.
  • Track BDM performance metrics, conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure marketing material is on-brand and visually compelling.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Creative with strong IT and graphic design skills.
  • Marketing and communications background, ideally with BD and events management experience.
  • Exceptional people, organisational and communication skills.
  • Energetic, well-spoken and presented, and highly motivated.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
