Assistant Property Manager – Melbourne

The Role

We are an award-winning property investment company, seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Manager with tasks across Melbourne with the potential to take on their own portfolio over time.

This is a full-time position and when not on the road, offers flexibility allowing you to split your time between working from home and the co-working space.

The Duties
  • Routine inspections
  • Condition and exit reports
  • Open and private inspections
  • Key collection and drop-off
  • Leasing enquiry management
  • Tenancy application processing
  • Administrative tasks
  • Meeting rental property provides/stakeholders onsite
  • Tenant and Landlord communication
  • Weekly department meeting attendance
The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have Agents Rep / Cert IV Real Estate
  • Must have reliable vehicle and full working rights
  • Some property management experience preferred (training provided)
  • Must be available for after-hours/weekend inspections (time-off in lieu).
  • Must be very well presented with strong communication skills
  • Have a high level of customer service awareness
  • Have a great work ethic, be self-motivated and kind
  • Have strong attention to detail and common sense
  • PropertyMe and IRE knowledge preferred, but not essential
