Assistant Buyers’ Agent – Brisbane

The Role

We are a renowned property investment firm seeking an Assistant Buyer’s Agent to support our team and clients through every stage of purchasing and leasing investment properties. The right candidate will eventually have the opportunity to manage their own clients.

We are offering a full-time position with an immediate start. You will have the flexibility to split your time between our Queen St office, working from home and on-the-road.

The Duties
  • Property inspections
  • Assisting the Investment Team
  • Building relationships with Real Estate Agents
  • Source and analyse investment properties within our advice model
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals and due diligence completion.
  • Manage client expectations during the property purchase phase
  • Weekly department meeting attendance
The Ideal Candidate
  • Agents Rep / Cert IV Real Estate
  • Reliable vehicle and full working rights
  • Be passionate about property and property investing
  • Be willing to learn and pick up the phone!
  • Some Real Estate experience – preferred but not essential (training provided).
  • Be very well presented with strong communication skills
  • A high level of customer service awareness
  • A great work ethic, be self-motivated and kind
  • Strong attention to detail and common sense
