She began her career in the property industry in 2021 after working in customer-focused roles. That experience helped her develop strong communication skills and a people-first approach. Melat specialises in preparing lease agreements, negotiating terms for both tenants and landlords, and producing thorough property reports. In addition, she coordinates maintenance efficiently and balances time frames for tenants with cost-effective solutions for owners.

She holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and is currently studying Law. As a Property Manager at Performance Property, she brings integrity, honesty, and efficiency to her work. A strong work ethic and steady approach help her support her team, clients, and tenants.

She is inspired by helping people find a place they can call home and enjoys meeting people from all walks of life. Outside of work, she enjoys music, travel, and reading. Her guiding principle reflects her values: “Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.”
