In her capacity as a Property Manager, Julia shoulders the vital responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day management of properties on behalf of our valued clients. Her dedication extends to ensuring that the properties under her purview are meticulously maintained and kept in optimal condition. Julia also remains vigilant, staying abreast of changes to laws, regulations, and legislation at local, state, and government levels that may have an impact on her property portfolio. Julia is proudly affiliated with the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS), underscoring her commitment to upholding industry standards and excellence.
Beyond her professional commitments, Julia finds joy in various pursuits. She is an avid writer and reader, and her adventurous spirit leads her to explore new coffee shops with her fiancé, where she delights in reviewing them online.
