Buyers’ Agent – Melbourne

The Role

Due to growth and market expansion, we are seeking a dynamic real estate professional to join our Melbourne team as a Buyers’ Agent.

This role is crucial to the client journey and directly influences their overall experience, satisfaction and success. Following initial training, you will be entrusted by the Advisor to understand the client’s investment strategy, build a strong relationship with the client, and source residential properties that meet their purchasing criteria.

You will be responsible for ensuring due-diligence requirements are met and customer service standards are exceeded. You will fully collaborate with team members and other divisions to ensure a smooth purchase phase and client experience.

This Melbourne CBD-based role is supported by a Sales Administrator and administrative team. You will report directly to the Head of Investment and Advisory and have the flexibility to work partially from home.

The Duties
  • Understand the client’s portfolio strategy as outlined by their Advisor.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and industry stakeholders to create networking and sourcing opportunities.
  • Maintain regular and open communication with clients.
  • Source high-quality residential properties that meet the client’s brief and the company’s investment criteria.
  • Conduct property inspections, negotiate purchase terms, oversee the due diligence process and provide expert property advice on strategy and selection.
  • Liaise with Property Managers for rental and compliance advice.
  • Prepare the client for settlement and seamless handover to the Property Manager.
  • Ensure meticulous file compliance and CRM recording-keeping.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly individual KPI and team meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in Real Estate (Sales, Investment, Buyer’s Agent).
  • A passion for property, investment property and wealth creation.
  • A desire and ability to learn property market research, data and advice models.
  • Excellent and confident communication skills.
  • A passion for exceeding expectations.
  • A willingness to pick up the phone!
  • Self-motivated.
  • A team player with an interest in contributing to a great culture.
  • Open to becoming PIPA Accredited

Must have:

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Full Australian drivers licence.
  • Agents Rep Certificate / Cert IV Property (Real Estate Services)
The Offer
  • OTE $130,000 – $170,000 pa ($80K Base + Super)
