Do I qualify as a Wholesale Client or Sophisticated Investor?
To be classified as a Wholesale Client, you must meet one of following three criteria
You have made an application to invest $500,000 or more; or
You have obtained a certificate from a qualified accountant certifying that you have net assets of $2.5 million or gross income of at least $250,000 for the immediately prior two financial years; or
You are a professional investor managing $10 million or more.

To be classified as a Sophisticated Investor you must be a person determined by an Australian Financial Services Licensee to be experienced in investing financial products of that kind.
