He began his career in the property industry in 2023 and quickly developed strong experience in residential property research and analysis. He regularly communicates with clients and industry professionals to coordinate inspections, due diligence, and purchase progress. As a result, transactions move forward smoothly and efficiently.
Julian previously worked in property administration, where he gained experience in financial reporting processes, document control, and structured corporate systems. This background strengthened his analytical thinking and attention to detail. In addition, his client-facing retail experience helped him develop strong communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
He specialises in residential property research, property sourcing, and price analysis. He also prepares detailed investment documentation and supports due diligence coordination. Maintaining accurate CRM records and clear communication helps ensure the property investment process stays organised and efficient.
Julian holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and is currently completing a Bachelor of Property Development, Investment and Valuation (Honours) at RMIT University. His academic studies support his work in property research and investment analysis.
