Ashley Campbell is the Investment and Leasing Coordinator in the Residential Investment team at Performance Property, based in Victoria. She brings over ten years of experience in Property Management and a strong background in leasing. In her role, Ashley sources residential properties that meet client requirements, supports Buyers Agents during acquisitions, and manages the smooth transition of each property into the VIC Property Management team.

Ashley began her career in property in 2013. The following year, she earned the Ray White Award for Most Properties Leased with the Lowest Days on Market, a recognition that highlighted her efficiency and results-driven approach. She also holds a Certificate IV in Property Services and a Certificate Registration in Strata, which strengthen her professional expertise.

Her specialisation lies in sourcing quality investment properties and preparing them for the rental market. Ashley ensures each property is rent-ready and positioned for long-term success. She adds unique value through her deep knowledge of leasing, her strong grasp of the rental market, and her ability to perform under pressure.
