She oversees HR processes such as recruitment, employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws and occupational safety standards. In addition to HR responsibilities, she actively supports employee relations by developing internal programs, conducting training sessions, coordinating internal communication, and advising managers on HR policies, compensation structures, and employment regulations.

Her financial coordination work is equally valuable, as she assists in processing payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting tax filings, invoicing, and administrative accounting tasks. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems and Accountancy, and her dedication to excellence was recognised when she received the Admin of the Year (2024) award at Performance Property.
