Louise Catanese leads with two decades of property industry experience as Leasing Manager at Performance Property, overseeing leasing, support, and coordination for the division. Since starting her career in 2006, she has built a reputation for combining strong commercial results with genuinely positive relationships across every side of the leasing process.

Louise's path began in real estate sales, where she developed the relationship management skills that now underpin her work with rental providers, renters, vendors, and buyers alike. She went on to lead property management teams and manage large teams throughout her career, rounding out a skill set that spans residential leasing, tenant and landlord relationships, rental negotiations, compliance, and team leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Business Marketing and fluent in Italian, she brings a well-rounded, commercially minded approach to delivering an efficient, end-to-end leasing process.
