Jordan Palma is the New Business & Leasing Manager at Performance Property. He leads and mentors the Business and Leasing team while setting clear performance targets. He also drives strategic priorities across the department. In addition, his role covers business development, client onboarding, and leasing oversight to ensure a smooth client experience.
He began his career in property management, where he managed large and diverse portfolios. This experience gave him a strong operational foundation and a clear understanding of compliance and stakeholder management. It also strengthened his focus on clear communication and proactive support. Over time, he built strong skills in managing expectations, resolving challenges, and developing trusted client relationships.
Jordan later moved into business development, which felt like a natural progression. His hands-on background allows him to advise clients with confidence. He understands both their needs and their investment goals. Since then, he has continued to strengthen his skills in negotiation, strategic growth, and relationship management.
He specialises in building long-term, trust-based client relationships through clear communication and proactive guidance. From initial sign-up and onboarding, through leasing and marketing, and into ongoing management, he keeps clients informed and supported. His focus stays on creating a smooth and professional experience. This approach helps deliver strong leasing outcomes and lasting partnerships.
Jordan holds an Advanced Diploma of Accounting and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate). He brings a strong blend of operational expertise and growth-focused strategy to the team. This gives him a clear view of the full client lifecycle, from acquisition through to long-term management.
He is motivated by building genuine, long-term relationships and guiding clients through the early stages of their investment journey. Establishing trust from the first interaction matters to him. Seeing a property leased and transitioned into management makes the work rewarding.
