Jayco Cunanan is a Property Management Assistant in the Residential Asset Management team at Performance Property Group, supporting operations across Queensland and New South Wales. An Information Technology graduate, Jayco began his professional journey as a Property Management Virtual Assistant, quickly developing deep expertise in Australian property processes and systems. He now assists with key tasks including application processing, lease renewals, bill auditing, and tenant communication—bringing reliability and precision to every detail.

Jayco has strong knowledge of property management procedures and demonstrates excellent attention to detail and time management. He is skilled in preparing lease agreements, scheduling inspections, communicating with tenants and owners, and managing billing workflows. His proactive support helps property managers focus on strategic decisions while he efficiently handles critical administrative tasks.
