She later transitioned into a Customer Support role in the Telecommunications industry before ultimately finding her calling in Document Compliance Support. Today, Helen holds the crucial position of Internal Compliance and Audit. Her role involves the creation of compliance audit reports through the collection, analysis, and summarisation of management information. Her primary objective is to maintain work standards by upholding quality and identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Helen ensures that everyone within the organization adheres to company regulations while proactively recommending measures to fortify the internal control structure.

Her prior professional achievements include being recognized as Agent of the Year (2019) and earning the title of Admin of the Year (2022) at Performance. During her downtime, Helen cherishes moments with her family, often bonding over movie nights and delicious meals.
