Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Paul Brick has been a leader in Australian real estate since 2002. His career spans property management, sales, acquisitions, investing, and advisory, giving him a broad understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
In 2008, Paul founded his own IT business. He grew it from a sole‑operator venture into an award‑winning company that served more than 2,000 SME and government clients nationwide. This success demonstrated his ability to scale operations, deliver innovative solutions, and build trusted relationships across diverse industries.
Since 2022, Paul has served as CEO of Performance Property. He has led digital change, improved operations, and focused on client needs. As a result, the firm has strengthened its reputation in property investment advisory and portfolio management. His strategic vision continues to guide Performance Property’s growth, ensuring excellence in service delivery and long‑term success for clients.
Paul also oversees Property for Doctors, a specialist division dedicated to medical professionals. In addition, this initiative highlights his commitment to tailored investment strategies that empower clients in high‑demand industries to secure long‑term financial success.
He specialises in growth and income‑focused strategies, helping clients reduce home debt and build retirement portfolios. Moreover, his academic foundation includes qualifications in Real Estate, Property, Building and Construction, Project Management, Information Technology, and Workplace Training. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Property and is completing his Master of Property at RMIT University.
Paul is a member of the Australian Property Institute (API), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Therefore, these affiliations show his dedication to ethical standards and global best practice.
