This experience helped him develop strong negotiation skills, project management capability, and a solid understanding of contracts and project delivery. These skills now support his work when advising clients on investment strategy and portfolio growth.
Andrew specialises in analysing complex cash flow modelling, market research, and forecasting data. He focuses on turning this information into clear insights that clients can easily understand. As a result, clients feel confident when making major property investment decisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Property and Construction from the University of Melbourne and is also a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA). His academic background and industry experience support a structured and research-driven approach to property investment advice.
