Paul's extensive Real Estate career commenced in 2002 and has included roles in Acquisitions, Investing, Advisory, Sales, and Portfolio Management. As CEO, Paul's mission is to lead the Performance culture and deliver the vision that every Performance Portfolio exceeds our client's goals. Prior to joining Performance Property, Paul ran his own business and grew it from a small start up to an award winning company, servicing over 700 business and government clients across Australia.
Paul holds undergraduate and post graduate qualifications in Real Estate, Property, Building and Construction, Project Management, Information Technology, and Workplace Training, and keeps his knowledge current through a commitment to ongoing education. Paul is committed to professional standards and ethics, and is a member of the Australian Property Institute (API), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and Project Management Institute (PMI).
