Source and identify appropriate property for acquisition: Our strong and long standing relationships with professionals from all areas of the property industry enable us to access "off-market" as well as pre-market opportunities and evaluate their suitability for investment.

Provide independent and objective property advice: Provide a detailed analysis of property investment opportunities including analysis of potential risks, potential risk mitigates and value add opportunities.

Buy Side Diligence: Thorough due diligence investigations in consultation with other experts, including financial, legal, town planning, physical building aspects and other relevant requirements to minimise risk.

Preparation of detailed financial modelling & sensitivity analysis: Allowing the purchaser to understand the net cash flow position of the asset over a 5-7 year period

Negotiate pricing and other relevant terms and conditions: Undertaking negotiations to achieve the best possible acquisition price and contract terms.

Project Management: We work with a number of highly skilled and experienced organisations to achieve the greatest value-add outcomes for our clients through project management of properties that are being utilised below their highest and best use. This includes refurbishment, subdivision and construction project management.

Implementation of value add strategy: We aim to enhance the value of our clients investments through various strategies including enhancing passing income, extending the assets lease expiry profile, undertaking refurbishment and re-leasing programs, improving the assets environmental credentials or undertaking a site rezoning.

Property and Asset Management: We take a pro-active approach to asset and property management and employ an in-house team of experts. This enables us to foster closer ties with our tenants and ensure their needs are met on a much more consistent basis consequently maximising our ability manage and retain tenants within the asset long term.
