Source and identify appropriate property for acquisition: our strong and long standing relationships with professionals from all areas of the property industry enable us to access “off-market” as well as pre-market opportunities and evaluate their suitability for investment.
Buy Side Diligence: Supervision of the due diligence process including all legal, tax, town planning and physical building aspects.
Preparation of detailed financial modelling & sensitivity analysis.
